Context
When I joined Kopi Kenangan, the company did not yet have an LMS. I was involved from the beginning of its first LMS implementation and helped establish the digital learning operations around it.
The learning environment served a distributed F&B workforce, with development needs spanning new trainees through store leaders.
Challenge
Introducing an LMS meant putting the day-to-day learning operation in place: organizing content, managing learner records, supporting learning journeys and assessments, and making learning activity available for reporting.
The platform and the learning materials needed to work together for both store teams and the people administering training.
My role
As Digital Learning Support, I contributed to the implementation and ongoing operation of the LMS. My work connected the platform with the content and support needed to use it.
- Managed LMS content, course administration, learner access, and learning data.
- Supported learning journeys, assessments, and training administration.
- Developed interactive learning materials using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
- Prepared learning reports and visualized data in Google Data Studio.
- Helped learners and trainers resolve issues when using the platform.
Approach
I worked across platform administration and content development. Learning materials were organized for delivery through the LMS, while learner data and reporting supported the team's operational needs.
Supporting users was part of the same work: helping learners access training and helping trainers use the platform in their everyday activities.
Contribution
I contributed to the company's first LMS implementation and the digital learning operations that followed. The experience covered both introducing a new platform and maintaining the content, data, reporting, and user support needed to keep it useful.
